Client Need:  Build me a certification program!

Solution:  Assemble requirements and criteria for completion.  Advise on marketing campaign, completion incentives, LinkedIn Badging, and post-completion independent credential verification (Credly or Badgr).

Client Need:  Software manual developed in Microsoft Word.  Client wants to provide online help.

Solution:  Software manual reproduced in Confluence.  Cross-references added to create wiki-like structure, but traditional table of contents and ability to page through like a printed manual retained.

Client Need:  Make online help appear to be a seamless part of the application without using in-house programming to hard code help.

Solution:  In-app help overlays which activate via an embedded icon but are otherwise controlled by non-technical staff.  Previously implemented solutions include installation of Oracle Guided Learning, Pendo, WalkMe, or AppCues, based on client needs and budget.

Client Need:  Require authentication for access to help documentation or LMS  but synchronize user database with proprietary web applications.

Solution:  Single sign (SSO) on via OKTA or OAuth allowing access to third-party knowledge systems with customer credentials provided by your company.

Client Need:  Build me an online training program!

Solution:  Evaluation and subsequent implementation of online learning management system (LMS), including SSO implementation.  Past implementations have included internal training separate from customer training separate from teaser courses offered to prospects.  

Client Need:  Write me a manual!

Solution:  Contract Technical Writing to produce wiki-style or PDF-style manual.
