Assembled requirements and criteria for completion. Advised on the marketing campaign, completion incentives, LinkedIn badging, and post-completion independent credential verification (Credly or Badgr).
“Our software manual is in Microsoft Word. We want online help.”
Reproduced the manual in Confluence. Cross-references added to create a wiki-like structure, while keeping a traditional table of contents and the ability to page through like a printed manual.
